Requirements
- With a bachelor's degree obtained or expected
- Complete all premed courses (prerequisite courses)
- 1 academic year of biology with lab
- 1 academic year of physics with lab
- 1 academic year of general chemistry with lab
- 1 academic year of organic chemistry with lab
- At least 1 academic year of English, including grammar and composition
- MCAT (optional)
- GPA: A minimum of 3.0 is required
- Final admission acceptance is subject to screening of the application form, evidential documents and interview.

Download and fill out "CMU Application Form for Foreign Students Intending to Study in China at their Own Expenses" form (JW-202 form) at http://www.cmu.edu.cn/cmu/upl_files/264/200665155840482.doc Return it with a copy of your passport (including photo page, signature page, and pages with the last record of entry/exit), evidence of the source of financial support, non-refundable JW-202 application fee $150 and enrollment reservation fee $5,500 (money order, cashier's check, or personal check accepted, payable to Beth Healthcare, LLC).

To avoid the cost of international transfer fees, student can choose to pay his/ her 1st academic year tuition to Beth Healthcare, LLC by May 25th, 2014. The details will be provided in the Statement of Confirmation along with the Letter of Acceptance.
- Continuing students:
- Pay tuition to Beth Healthcare, LLC one (1) month prior to the new school year.
- All students may have the option to pay the tuitions via wire transfer to CMU directly and all the bank charges & currency exchange rate difference for the bank transaction will be on the student’s own cost.

- Students will not be permitted to attend the class at CMU if he/she fails to make full tuition payment before the school starts. In addition, the failure to make timely payment may result in a 5% of the annual tuition for the late fee or dismissal from CMU.

Withdrawals
-
- Failing to attend classes, neglecting courses, or stopping payment does not constitute the notice of withdrawal.
- New Student who wish to withdraw from CMU is required to submit a written notice to both Beth Healthcare and CMU no later than *90 days prior to the start of classes. After the withdrawal is approved by both Beth Healthcare and CMU, the refund will be issue in accordance with the following schedule, unless otherwise specified:

- 100% refund of approximately US$ 12,700 will be given for student’s withdrawal submitted by 5/25/2014.

- Continuing Student
- There is no refund for continuing students who withdraw or drop out. However, students can save his/her slot up to 2 years (current year and the coming year) and apply the tuition’s credit to the next academic year.
- Note: It is the new student’s responsibility to formally withdraw from Beth and CMU to meet the requirements described above to receive a refund.
- For students who must or intend to have physical examination in the U.S.:

Download Physical Examination Record for Foreigner from the website of the Embassy or Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China and examine all items listed;

Notarize Physical Examination Record for Foreigner by the Embassy or Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China which holds your area of residence or local notary organization;

Verify Physical Examination Record for Foreigner in Shenyang with the following documents:
- ORIGINAL and copy of passport
- ORIGINAL and copy of Physical Examination Record for Foreigner
- ORIGINAL and copy of all physical examination reports (e.g. lab sheet, X-ray film or report, medical report, etc.)
- Copy of Admission Notice issued by CMU
- Two 2" x 2" photos
- The date for verifying Physical Examination Record for Foreigner must be within 3 months of its issuing.
- For students who have their physical examination at Shenyang, China:
